What our warranty covers
Our 3-year warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects: any defect resulting from our production process
- Electronic failures: LED driver, power supply circuit, and the LEDs themselves
- Printing defects: discoloration, delamination, and deterioration of the printed image
- Non-conformity: a product that does not match the advertised specifications (color temperature, CRI, luminous flux)
What is not covered
- Physical damage caused by impact, dropping, or improper handling
- Damage resulting from installation that does not comply with the instructions provided; see our installation guide to avoid mistakes
- Normal wear and tear after the warranty period
- Damage caused by an electrical power surge or an unsuitable environment
How to claim under the warranty
The process is simple and quick:
- Step 1: Contact us by email at contact@sunshine-panel.com, describing the problem and attaching photos
- Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 business hours
- Step 3: If the warranty applies, we will arrange the return and shipment of a replacement product at our expense
