Delivery times and carriers
- Carrier: Chronopost (express delivery with real-time tracking)
- Standard delivery time: 15 business days after order confirmation
- Parcel tracking: tracking number sent by email as soon as your order ships
- Free delivery for all orders in mainland France
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the Chronopost tracking number so you can track your delivery in real time.
Secure packaging for fragile products
LED panels are both delicate and valuable products. Each panel is carefully packaged:
- Reinforced double-wall cardboard to absorb impacts
- Custom-fitted foam inserts to keep each panel securely in place
- Protective film on the printed surface
- Multi-panel packs are packaged together with internal dividers

- Mainland France: free delivery within 48 hours, with 15 business days for production and 48 hours for delivery.
- Corsica: delivery available, with an additional 2–3 days; contact us for the shipping rate
- French overseas departments and territories: delivery by quote only, contact us
- Europe: delivery available by quote, contact us
What if my order is damaged upon arrival?
Despite our precautions, a logistics incident can still occur. Here is the procedure:
- Upon delivery: if the parcel is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos before opening it
- Within 48 hours: contact us with photos of the parcel and the damaged product
- Our commitment: replacement or full refund of products damaged during transport, at our expense
