Can you mix LED panels with different color temperatures?

Yes, but with caution. Mixing 3,000 K and 4,000 K in the same space creates a visible contrast that may be distracting or intentional for zoning. Within the same ceiling, use the same temperature for general lighting, and a different temperature only for distinct, clearly defined areas (break area versus work area).

Is 6500K really bad for offices?

6,500 K is not dangerous, but it is uncomfortable for prolonged exposure in most offices. Its strong blue component is stimulating, but can also be tiring over several hours. 4,000 K offers the same cognitive stimulation without the visual harshness. 6,500 K is suitable for precision workshops, laboratories, and quality-control areas where fine color discrimination is necessary.
