The cloudy sky on your ceiling. The skylight effect, without the construction work.

High-altitude clouds, dense and luminous, photographed in high definition and backlit at 60×60 cm – printed in France. The Very Cloudy Sky LED panel recreates the atmosphere of a natural sky wherever the architecture makes it impossible: beneath an office suspended ceiling, in a windowless waiting room, at the end of a dark corridor. Sky LED panel: when the ceiling becomes the sky

A sky LED panel recreates the natural atmosphere of an open ceiling wherever the architecture makes it impossible. Beneath an office suspended ceiling, in a waiting room or at the end of a windowless corridor, the effect is immediate: eyes look upward, pressure decreases and the space can breathe.

The Very Cloudy Sky model plays with contrast. Neither the flat blue of fine weather nor darkness: dense, luminous high-altitude clouds, photographed in high definition and backlit at 3500K. It is the sky on days that are both gentle and dramatic, reproduced 60 cm above your head.

Most common uses

  • Medical and dental practices: reduces anxiety in waiting rooms, as eyes naturally rest on the ceiling
  • Open-plan spaces and offices: counteracts the low-ceiling effect and improves concentration during long sessions
  • Commercial spaces: central corridors, fitting rooms, reception halls, showrooms
  • Homes without natural light: converted basements, studios, interior bedrooms

Sky LED panel or recessed spotlight: what is the practical difference?

A spotlight illuminates one point. A sky LED panel illuminates a scene. The difference lies in the emitting surface: 3,600 cm² of diffuse light versus a few cm² of concentrated LEDs. The result: no glare, no harsh shadows and no artificial appearance. The eye perceives the sky, not the light source. This is what lighting integrators call mimetic lighting.

The Sunshine Panel sky LED panel fits into a standard 60×60 suspended ceiling like any conventional LED panel. No specific wiring is required: 220V power supply via a standard connector. Colour temperature 3500K, CRI above 80.

What you need to know before ordering

Yes. Our panels are CE-certified and used in medical practices, waiting rooms, offices, and restaurants. The biophilic effect reduces patient stress and improves employee well-being.
Yes, high-resolution UV printing on a PMMA diffuser, combined with LED backlighting, creates a highly convincing trompe-l’œil fake skylight. Many visitors think they are looking at a real opening. We explain the technology in detail in our comparison of printed vs. white panels.
It depends on the area to cover and the desired effect. For a small skylight, 1 to 2 panels are enough. For a complete glass roof, our 4-, 6-, or 9-panel packs offer better value. See our calculation guide to estimate how many you need.
The driver is included with each panel. If your ceiling doesn’t have a grid suspended ceiling, a surface-mounting kit is available as an accessory. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your ceiling.
Installation is simple: remove a standard tile from your suspended ceiling (T-grid), place the light panel in its place, and connect the driver. 5 minutes, with no special tools. Everything is explained in our step-by-step installation guide.
Our panels emit 4000K (neutral white), the recommended standard for professional spaces. This temperature best reproduces natural light without being too cool. Find more details in our guide to color temperatures.
Yes, the panels are designed to fit together. In 2×1, 2×2, 3×2, or 3×3 configurations, they create a continuous decorative illuminated ceiling. Discover our multi-panel packs with a built-in discount.
All our panels come with a 3-year warranty (LED, driver, and print). Lifespan: 50,000 hours, equivalent to 15+ years under standard office use. The print does not yellow. Free delivery in mainland France.
Very Cloudy Sky features dense cloud cover, creating diffuse, soothing, neutral light. Whereas Bright Sky is more energizing (clear blue sky), Very Cloudy Sky is better suited to rest areas, treatment rooms, or meditation spaces. Both provide the same luminous flux and 4000K color temperature.
Yes—it is actually one of its most popular uses. The cloud cover creates a cozy atmosphere without excessive visual stimulation. When paired with a dimmable driver, you can gradually lower the intensity during a session.
Yes. Some clients install Bright Sky in work areas (stimulating) and Very Cloudy Sky in rest areas or waiting rooms (soothing). Both designs share the same gray-blue color palette and connect naturally.
